Apart from the excellent advice and support provided by our sales representatives, our customers also benefit from our well-equipped warehouse and fleet as well as our modern organisational structure. We have set ourselves the target of delivering every one of our more than 600 products at the agreed time to the customer. To achieve this, we have opted for machines and vehicles that cater for maximum flexibility at low cost. We are therefore in a position to provide you with the desired stocked product within two working days or during the next delivery to your area.

Filling units

At Hoya, we operate five state-of-the art filling units processing more than 100 different lubricants and filling them into various containers.

Small container filling unit

for canned oil products and radiator anti-freeze agents in containers of 0.5 to 5 litres (year of manufacture 2003)

Universal filling unit
for container sizes of 5 to 1000 litres (year of manufacture 2006)

Large container filling unit
for CLASSIC & Unil products and the filling of private label products for other mineral oil dealers and spare part suppliers, in containers of 60 to 1000 litres (year of manufacture 2000)

Bulk delivery filling unit

Many customers, especially workshop operators, operate their own oil storage systems that we refill with our products. For this purpose, we have equipped our delivery vehicles with a sophisticated calibreating delivery system designed to prevent inadvertent mixing of our high-quality products.

Contract filling plant
for a group of large brand product dealers. The plant includes all the necessary filling equipment and a separate store with a tank capacity of 300,000 litres.

The plants are constantly being upgraded according to the latest technology, which enables us to always meet the changing requirements of our customers.

At Hoya we currently have storage capacities for more than one million litres of lubricants - from HLP 46 bulk hydraulic oil to 10 g tubes of special grease.
